Since 2017, Tranzzo has been creating solutions and technologies that help businesses around the world accept online payments using bank cards. The service conducts about 8 million transactions per month and serves more than 3,000 clients. Tranzzo’s clients include online stores and marketplaces, delivery services, ticket operators, and online schools. In particular, the company cooperates with “Rozetka”, “Arsenal Strahuvaniya”, Prom.ua, WOG, Foxtrot and others. In addition to card payments, the platform works with such payment tools as Google Pay, Apple Pay, Masterpass, VisaCheckout, Telegram Pay.
Google services have always been the basis of Tranzzo‘s business processes and infrastructure. With the development of the company, the portfolio of tools used by Google has also expanded.
Since May 2019, the financial company Tranzzo has started cooperation with Wise IT on the Google Workspace service, and then Google Cloud Platform.
The company uses the Google Workspace Business package with unlimited cloud storage, which allows each team to work on a separate shared drive. You can configure access to files for a specific group of employees. The administrator can view user activities in reports and react to them – for example, prohibit authorization through a working Google account on dangerous sites.
The basic tool in Tranzzo is called the Compute Engine computing resource, which creates virtual machines with flexible configuration options. For a payment service company, the ability to quickly adapt to changing customer needs is extremely important. As soon as the number of transactions increases, Compute Engine instantly increases the amount of consumed resources.
Google Cloud Platform once again proved its flexibility during the quarantine. In certain areas of retail there was a significant increase in the number of transactions, Google tools tracked these peaks and gave the opportunity to adapt to them. If there was a decrease in the number of transactions, the company could reduce the capacity, thereby significantly saving money.
The company’s employees also use other services from the set of Google Cloud Platform cloud services. Virtual tools (Google Kubernetes Engine, Cloud SQL, BigQuery, Stack Driver Logging (Cloud Logging), Google Cloud Storage) help to store large volumes of data and manage them with ease. Confidence in these tools is reinforced by the fact that all Google services have an SLA (Service-level agreement) – an agreement on the level of services provided, which is strictly followed.
The use of Google cloud services allows the company to remove most of the operational issues related to the operation of the equipment and to concentrate on the specifics of its business and those applications that serve it.
We use Google Workspace (ex. GSuite) for communication on work processes, creation of documents and joint work on them from anywhere in the world. We use Google Cloud tools to deploy the working environment. It is very important to us that this platform can provide uptime, resource optimization and security in one package. With it, we are insured against such problems as hardware failure and data loss.
– Yan Klochko, CEO of Tranzzo.
It is always interesting to work with clients who are ready to use the most modern technologies and test new products. Google Cloud opens up almost unlimited opportunities for the development of the customer’s infrastructure, while the service is constantly being improved. As a Google partner, we always support our customers, starting from the testing stage, advise during implementation, migration and provide technical support throughout the entire term of using the services.
