Google Workspace for the Fertility Health Center Ivmed
IVMED is a fertility health center for couples. The company helps to consciously approach the birth of a child through healthy conception, from the moment of deciding to become parents throughout the entire pregnancy period. Healthy conception includes both natural conception and IVF at IVMED. With IVMED, infertility does not exist; there is only a way to achieve the desired pregnancy with the help of modern fertility technologies.
REQUEST: IVMED needed a reliable and secure tool for collaboration and corporate email. With this request, the company turned to Wise IT.

The Google Workspace team continuously enhances security features by actively implementing artificial intelligence (AI) and machine learning tools. Among the new features are:
- The use of Google AI for automatic and continuous classification and tagging of data on Google Drive to ensure proper data access and protection against theft.
- The application of context-aware Data Loss Prevention (DLP) controls on Drive. This takes into account device location, network type, and many other criteria. Advanced DLP capabilities also extend to corporate Gmail.

Google Workspace also offers unique features, such as:
- Multilateral approval for confidential administrator actions;
- Protection of additional confidential actions in email;
- Export of logs to Chronicle in a few clicks for detailed analytics and cybersecurity anomaly detection.
Thanks to Google Workspace, the Ivmed team can collaborate on documents in real-time without interrupting video meetings in Google Meet, and utilize corporate email, shared calendars, and data storage, without compromising the private data of clients and employees.
