The Wise IT team helped Prozorro.Sale evaluate all the effective functionality of Google Workspace Enterprise.

Prozorro.Sale is an electronic trading system (ETS), created at the initiative of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine, Transparency International Ukraine, the Deposit Guarantee Fund of Individuals, the National Bank of Ukraine and Ukrainian electronic platforms.
The main goal of creating the ETS is a transparent, fast and efficient process of selling and leasing assets of state and communal property with a high level of public control and prevention of corruption.
In November 2016. the Prozorro.Sale project started working in cooperation with the Individual Deposit Guarantee Fund and earned the first billion in six months.
In April 2018, the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine registered the state enterprise “Prozorro.Sales”, which administers an electronic trading system for the sale and lease of state and communal property, and also serves as a central database for electronic trading.
In view of the progressive growth, the growing needs of Prozorro.Sale in the necessary services were calculated together with Wise IT specialists and the decision was made to switch to the highest level subscription, namely Google Workspace Enterprise.
In addition to the unlimited centralized file storage of Google Drive, with the possibility of synchronous work of employees with electronic documents, Google Vault (Vault) for storing, archiving and searching data, the functionality of the Enterprise level allows you to build reports on user actions and analyze Gmail logs in BiqQuery. With the help of Cloud Search, an effective search is carried out in Google Workspace services.
